Absolutely amazing service with probably the best route into the masjid. The level of service was impeccable and whenever I had a problem they sorted it within minutes! In order to to get to the rawdah, find the closest entrance to the masjid (about 60 seconds from the hotel) then walk straight through the masjid. The closest entrance to the hotel is the rear entrance so to get to the rawdah once you are walking inside the masjid (where all the pillars are) you will essentially need to walk forward and to the left. You will notice how once you get close to the rawdah the pillars and arches will change.

Enjoyed my stay here. Masjid only less than 5mins walk to gate 330, close to womens area too. Checkin was smooth and we got to checkin earlier at 1.30pm. The room was not that big but cosy enough. Furnitures were a bit old .The aircond temp was so cold we hardly kept it on. Less 1 star bcause on 2nd day we requested for room service but it was never attended to. Until late night when the housekeepers asked if we needed anything.

I have just stayed 4 nights with my family. Room 1401 & 1420 with excellent service by house keeping manager Humayoun Kabir and his team. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful too. Will definitely recommend for good stay with family. Cllr Rita Begum

The rooms are small and the beds not comfortable.. Staff are friendly to help you out with anything you need but it is not a 5 star hotel. It very convinient to get to the Masjid. Location is nice. Breakfast and dinner not really tasty. I had a problem in the washroom that drived me crazy and couldn't find anyone to help me. As I said it could be plan B to stay here unless you find something better.

Within walking distance to masjid nabawi. Decent room and toilet. Great service. Poor wifi speeds and connections. Got food poisoning on the last day of my stay here.
