Surprisingly I had a good experience with rawdah hotel. The staff especially the receptionist were so friendly and nice. They cleaned the room well and the room felt good. It was honestly better than most of the Makkah hotels. The food was okay. We just had biriyani and it was good. The room service is nice as well they are helpful. The bathroom is decent. Its not 5 stars but its pretty good. We were also able to view the Masjid from our window so that's why we were happy with the hotel. It's very close to Masjid an Nabawi.

Stayed there 28/09 - 01/10 with Travel Connect group. Room was rather small but clean. Room service always on standby. The food for breakfast, lunch and dinner was scrumptious and of amazing variety. Really delicious and tasteful. We were mainly served by these 2 staff: Gulzar Ahmad Abu Hassan They showed exemplary service and always checked and made sure we got anything we needed. Great service with a smile.

The hotel staff, from reception to the cleaning teams, consistently greeted guests with warm smiles and a readiness to assist. The proximity to Masjid an Nabawi is unbelievably convenient; it takes just one minute from the hotel entrance to gate 330, and less than three minutes to reach the interior of the mosque. The room was impeccably clean and equipped with everything we anticipated.

Excellent hotel to stay in Madinah. The location was great because near Masjid Nabawi. The staff super friendly especially staff in the restaurant. The room looks outdated, a bit dark in hallway and room, furnitures also outdated. they need more modernization and upgrade all of its facilities. however, we'd love to stay here its because the location.

My stay in Al Rawdah Royal Inn early January this year was nothing short of spectacular. The hotel's elegant design combined with it's top notch amenities made for a truly enjoyable experience for my Umrah. The attentive & courteous staff attend to my every need ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible. My unforgettable dinning experience at Al Yasmeen restaurant in Al Rawdah Royal Inn was truly exceptional. From the moment we entered, the welcoming atmosphere & attentive staff made us feel at home. Special shout out to these 2 AMAZING Staffs : Mr Abu Hasan and Mr Rubel Asma for being so accommodating and exemplify the kind of assistance especially when handling my special needs child. Kudos to you both, you both deserve to be recognized:). Thank you again for making my stay a memorable and pleasant one. Definitely will make a return to this same hotel.
