Millennium Madinah airport Hotel

Besides that it’s located next to airport and therefore a good long drive from city Centre, it’s great. Everything you’d expect from a major chain. Room was a bit on the small side; 2 of us unable to pray side by side. Hotel was clean, comfortable and catered well to our needs.

Not recommended at all. Save your money,time and energy, do not stay here. The staff here is careless, lazy and do not care about the guests at all whether it is house keeping, room service or guest services. I have had multiple bad experiences in only 24 hours from all the above mentioned departments here. They welcomed me here with a dirty room. The room I checked in was not clean,layer of dust was on the tables and the sofas. Upon complaining twice the housekeeping staff came to clean the room who himself was stinking, so unhygienic. The management do not ask their workers to keep themselves clean. Upon ordering just a bowl of salad at 10:45 pm at a hotel where few guests stay (since most of the people go to haram) it took them an hour to sent it, i literally had to call and inquire if they have forgotten my order somehow. The housekeeping hardly picks up the phone and upon complaining to the shift supervisor too there is no action taken. I think they do not care about the reputation of their hotel at all. Not recommended at all.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Millennium Madinah Airport and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The airport shuttle service was excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get to and from the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a peaceful place to rest after a long day of traveling. I was particularly impressed by the staff's friendliness and helpfulness. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Madinah. The only suggestion I would make is for the hotel to consider adding a regular restaurant that offers Asian cuisine at reasonable prices. Overall, my stay at the Millennium Madinah Airport was a great experience and I look forward to returning soon!

Located in the Medina Airport campus which obviously means it is isolated and far from the city. The hotel architecture is beautiful in all aspects, interiors, exteriors, corridors etc. On arrival I was greeted and welcomed by the front desk staff who surprisingly knew my name, check in was very smooth. The room is spacious and comfortable, all the amenities were of good quality, to my disappointment there was no dental kit among the amenities provided. Did not have enough time to try their breakfast, but overall enjoyed my stay.

Our stay at this hotel wasn’t pleasant. Receptionists were not cooperating. Even though I told them that I have asthma, they gave us a room on the 4th floor which is designed for smoking people and single guys, which is not suitable for families. Anyhow, here are the pros and cons: Pros: - Quite hotel Cons: - Old rooms - Bathroom shower has no door or curtains. All the water will be everywhere around the bathroom floor. - Sink is extremely small - Receptionists aren’t helpful - Breakfast was basic, limited and not tasty - long time to pick up luggages - Restaurant prices on menu are higher than the same items on the receipts. of course I am not referring to tax or room delivery - You order for food, they confirm, then wait for one hour without delivery, then you call again and they say we didn’t get your order. - Small rooms Overall, we weren’t happy with this experience.
