Millennium Madinah airport Hotel

This is the my second time staying in this hotel. It is fair to say that the services is good and the staff is great! all thanks to ragd at the front desk such a lovely spirit.

I booked here mainly because my flight got in very early in the morning and I didn't want to have to track through the city to reach my bed. The place is in walking distance to the airport, but there are also very frequent shuttle busses. I appreciated that, because it saved me walking across the parking lots when I arrived after a long flight. Check-in was very fast and all the reception staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and had everything I needed for my short stay. Medina is very much a 20 minutes city, which means you can reach just about any place you need to go within a short time, so unless you want to be in walking distance to the mosque, the Millennium is a good choice. Some possible areas for improvement are the breakfast, where I would have liked to see more plant-based options and also there were an awful lot of single-use items in place in the breakfast room and in the room itself. Having a proper mug in the room for coffee instead of paper cups would be nicer and at breakfast, the porcelain cups and the glasses should be the first choice and not hidden behind the paper cups and plastic glasses. Other than that, this is a good place to base yourself if you have business in Medina.

The place is wonderful and comforting enough for me and the servers was phenomenal from Mr Hatim. He helped me a lot and provided a very good service. Thank you all I would recommend to visit

The hotel is good overall. We came as a group for work from Riyadh. AVOID a guy called illyas (revenue manger or something like that). He is terrible at customer service, he is a lier and not honest. Mr hassan or ihsan is awesome. Not only that, but they also tried to charge me 120 riyals for nothing. Good hotel but ruined by their cheap attitude and low values

It was a phenominal stay, everything was absolutely amazing. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and cooperative with us. They made us feel welcomed. We would definitely come back again since we enjoyed staying there.
