This hotel has some of the most welcoming staff, a very convenient location, and clean comfortable beds. I want to especially thank Hanan at the front reception for her hospitality, attentiveness, and friendliness. All the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable visit.

Arrived to Madinah and had to spend 1 night here before I could take the train the next day, my flight was significantly delayed therefore I arrived at 6 am instead of the previously schedule 1am. I thought I could walk to the hotel but it turned out to be not as close as I thought...The staff was responsive when called..they kept my room booked, and sent the shuttle driver to pick me up free of charge from the aiport...Due to the circumstances they extended my check out time so I could rest..Next morning I drank a great Saudi coffee and delicious dates provided for visitors at the lobby, check out was as smooth as the check in and everything went well!!

Everthing was perfect during my trip. Quite, clean and high quality hotel within the borders of airport. Especially Mrs. Raghad helped us a lot during our stay. Highly recommended 👍🏻
