I booked here mainly because my flight got in very early in the morning and I didn't want to have to track through the city to reach my bed. The place is in walking distance to the airport, but there are also very frequent shuttle busses. I appreciated that, because it saved me walking across the parking lots when I arrived after a long flight.
Check-in was very fast and all the reception staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and had everything I needed for my short stay. Medina is very much a 20 minutes city, which means you can reach just about any place you need to go within a short time, so unless you want to be in walking distance to the mosque, the Millennium is a good choice.
Some possible areas for improvement are the breakfast, where I would have liked to see more plant-based options and also there were an awful lot of single-use items in place in the breakfast room and in the room itself. Having a proper mug in the room for coffee instead of paper cups would be nicer and at breakfast, the porcelain cups and the glasses should be the first choice and not hidden behind the paper cups and plastic glasses.
Other than that, this is a good place to base yourself if you have business in Medina.
