This hotel has some of the most welcoming staff. The rooms are clean and the transport to and from the holy mosque is very convenient. Special thanks to Ms Hanan and Ms Rghad for their help and warm reception!

Very quiet and comfortable hotel, ideal for flight crews. Walking distance from the terminal. The staff is always very welcoming and professional, in particular Fares and Hanan, ready to fulfill your requests with a smile.

Hanan is very welcoming, she greeted us with great hospitality and enthusiasm. It is my first time and the service was extraordinary. I am very much pleased with her respect, kindness, service, hospitality and warmth. I highly recommend her to be a great lead in her responsibility and team management. She is the best and I would recommend her always. Please ensure she is well treated as a great asset to this property! I will be visiting this property regularly and I will always reach out to Hanan always for my bookings. Highly appreciate her and her team spirit.

It was a great experience to meet up with both Fares and Hanan with their worm welcoming during the checkin and explaining everything that I should know regarding the hotel and it’s facilities. Thank you and I would recommend this hotel for those who need a clean, quiet, and wormy place.
