I checked in the hotel for next four nights. Was worried after reading the comments of other previous guests of the hotel. Yes, the breakfast place is absolutely not meant to handle all the guests in this hotel. All floors have twenty rooms. The hotel Ground, Mezzanine and 14 floors over that. It has four basement floors as well. Yes, the elevators are slow and not according to large number of hotel guests. The hotel is otherwise comfortable, the staff is good. Room size and the facilities are good. It is not more than 3 minutes walk from the Masjid e Nabawi.

Alhamdulillah, the food as expected. Room is spacious enough for quad. Water and AC are in good maintenance. The location is not far from gate 339.

We had a bad time the hotels rooms are very small when compared to the Online photos. Initially the staff were helpful but when we went to talk about the issues we had their attitude was completely different and didn't want to be helpful at all. When we asked to check out their response was come back tomorrow. They were not easily found.
