Was Expecting Better. There are Bathroom issues. The water gets accommodated in the Flooring of the Bathroom. The Room-service is Not Good. Mostly Bangladeshi staff. Who can’t understand English etc. They don’t change the Bedsheets No Room Slippers

I had the best experience with this hotel eventhough for me, i think the room is smaller however the service is good. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Those in the front desk were also helpful. The distance from Masjid Al Haram is not that far from gate 339. Overall it was a good experience.

Worth experience in my life. Dirty room Dirty bathroom. Beds are Dirty. Will not recommend anyone stays there. I had to check out one day earlier due to my health. No refund was issued.

I paid about $650 USD for 4 nights and this Hotel was not worth it at all. You'll mostly be paying for location as it's less than 5min walk to the Prophets Masjid. The room was clean but the showerhead in my room continuously fell off and toilet would have to be flushed several times and there was a weird smell. We had to call laundry several times for our clothes and was always told 5min but they would never come. When I would ask the staff for help, they were never helpful and say "I don't know". Wifi barely worked and again was told it would work tomorrow. This hotel is okay, but definitely not worth its price. I should have paid max 300 USD. My experience would have been much better paying for a cheaper hotel about 10-15 min walk away because everything in the area is also expensive.

Very near to gate 339. Only 200 m/5 minutes to Nabawi mosque by foot. The bed was comfortable. The room is not too large. But that's fine since we spent most of our time in the mosque. The food was delicious. (-) the restaurant is small so we have to manage our time so we can get the table.
