Not a four star by any means, the only reason for giving a higher rating is because of a few employees trying to make a difference by their positive attitude namely the manager during breakfast, the girl at the reception at night, the shuttle bus drivers and the Bengali bell boy. This place has the honour that first time in my life I seriously thought about changing the hotel after check in.
There was no internet throughout our stay even after numerous complaints, so we gave up on it. You had to run after The room service and during our ten days of stay we had room service twice, one after 4 days where they provided towels(which were not provided earlier)& cleaned the room.
The next one was 2 days prior to our checkout where they asked to change bed sheets which I declined since they didn't change it even after numerous requests so why change when we leave, maybe for the new guests I suppose who knows. The carpet was old and dirty, broken furniture, the bathroom not the cleanest, we were given a room with a door in between (where we could hear everything from the other room), Luckily for us that the other room also belonged to us, breakfast was ordinary, small beds even for someone who is 171 cm.
