They have only one bus. I’m waiting for an hour and bus no show. Every time you left the room you have to recharge your card

The room is not good , the service is not good especially about room cleanliness and bus service from the hotel to haram so bad service. But there is 1 receptionist staff is good because give best service to the guest

A dark dingy hotel. We had severe claustrophobia even after changing the rooms. We had paid upfront for 8 nights but didn't even sleep one night there. Checked in 3pm and after getting ill from the lack of ventilation (even the room with windows was not bearable) and stuffy air of the hotel we found another cleaner hotel and left. We came back to check out the next day - the manager Taha said they will issue refund if cancelled on booking which was not possible, now they are ignoring my whatsapps and email. It's good place to stay if you're on budget and bachelor, and you can manage the smell, not good if you're staying with elderly parents. They used their really nice bedroom pictures on booking and google maps to make it look like they're a good hotel. They're not, they're poorly managed. And also no refund on anything, even though they agreed as I paid upfront on their card machine and not online. Really regretful experience.

Good location, Free Shuttle bus to Haram and vise versa is available just Infront of Hotel. Hotel is just 2 bus stop away from Haram

Everything from the room till location not good, room are dirty and having bad odour. Toilet is worst with smell of drainage... Location for me not good at all. Bus service to some extent ok... Have to cross the road.. Around hotels shops are limited..... Would only recommend if no other chouce available...

Sama Al Diyafah is a four star hotel in Makkah. 3-km drive from the Great Mosque of Mecca and 7 km from the Makkah Royal Clock Tower. The cosy rooms provide free Wi-Fi, flat-screens and minifridges, as well as tea and coffeemakers. There is free bus service from the hotel. Nearly Bengali flavour restaurant. The staff is very cooperative. Other amenities include halal restaurant and a glitzy lobby lounge, as well as a prayer room. The hotel caters to Muslim guests only.
