About the location, you can take the bus and it take 10 minutes to go to marwa, for the price I paid it’s correct. 39 rials/night. The room, the room service was excellent, the reception too

It's a good option to stay for guests but irs best for stay during Hajj season. The rooms are good and air conditioning is good too however the room service needs to be improved. 2 restaurants are there but not operative at the moment. May be they operate during Hajj season or umrah peak season.

Asalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatulahi wa Barakatu Stayed here for 5 days Pros: They allowed us to leave our luggages in a safe room so we can go and perform our ummrah since check in is at 4pm and we arrive to mecca at 6am. The night desk clerk was very nice and helpful with the things we needed. Location is not so far from masjid al haram about 10 minute drive. Bus stop is nearby and bus is free Free wify Cons: Restroom was very dirty, no towels, no soaps, no toilet paper, it was just empty and dirty. The fridge didn't work, the iron broke, the hall ways smell like cigarettes big nono for me. Overall our stay was good if you overlook a few things. Just blessed to have visited such a blessed city. Alhamdulillah

Very far from haram Rubbish customer service No cleaning whatsoever unless you keep asking for it They don’t provide towel and you have to actually beg them to get some Shuttle drops you at the back of haram and you still need to walk a good 15-20 minutes to get in haram I would pay more and get something closer and better quality hotel
