Everything is perfect about this hotel (they're very kind to their guests), buss shuttle is 24/7 available and free even tho the location is very close to Haram , the air conditioning is so cold, even the room's view was perfect , the price was good. But i have a little irrelevant notice, if they just redesigned only the interior of the reception it would be 100% better, and also the speed of the internet wasn't that good), anyways I would highly recommend staying at Elaf bakkah due to their 5 stars services.

I like the hotel and location, but the staff are rude. I booked 6 rooms for my 4 families that came from different countries like USA and Turkey. We all wanted to sit together and eat but they wouldn't let us eat in the lobby and told us to go to dining room. When we went dining room, the guy named AbdulWahab rudely told us to leave. We explained we had booked 6 rooms and we all want to eat together since we came from different countries and might not see each other again, but he didn't seem to care. Very sad that this kind of treatment exists in such holy place.

A very good place to live. Near mecca. The bus/shuttle is always on time from both sides. 2 min away from mecca. Plenty of places to eat. Overall a great hotel.

I was with my old parents, and their shuttle bus drop you off beside a tunnel side, so you have to walk A LOT to reach the inner part of the Mataf Haram area. Without knowing better, I booked to stay at this hotel for 9 painful nights. I figured out how hard it was after just one night. I kept asking them, again and again, to think about my parents. They had to struggle and walk a lot from the far-off area to the Mataf entrance. Could they give me back the money for the nights I booked? I even said I'd pay for an extra night if they wanted as a plenty. I wanted to find another place to stay for my parents. But did anyone at this hotel even try to help? No! They just handed me off to different people, like they didn't care at all. No sign of them caring, just self-centered, heartless people will not help at all once you are stuck! And we shouldn't forget about the "House Keeping." I stayed for 9 nights, and no one came to my door. I had to search all around just to find them after a day or two, just to get basic things for my room. This terrible experience is the worst example of something being really bad. It's something I wouldn't even want for my worst enemy. I promise I'll never suggest this terrible hotel to anyone, not even people I don't like. This smelly and awful hotel deserves only criticism and strong dislike!
