The room was cancelled by Agoda without notice for no reason. However the staff at the hotel managed to make a new reservation without hassle. The staff overall were nice and did feel I was in a *4 hotel. As many hotels in makkah 4 and 5 star usually don’t meet the European standards. The gentleman in the restaurant GAD was amazing. He has amazing customer service and approached us as we seemed lost. The quality was good. I look forward to returning soon إِنْ شَاءَ ٱللَّٰهُ

We stayed for 3 night and 4 days, it was excellent , even though it’s far from masjid, we had 24 / 7 hotel shuttle bus service was there, so it makes our trip very easy to reach Kaaba , and from this way we can directly reach bab al salam gate easily , so we were so happy.. insha allah we will cum again soon

Everything is perfect i think the management and staff changed after corona. Parking is good, the hotel has 2 levels for parking B1 & B2 and monitored by security 24/7 , Breakfast options are also nice , The only issue is WiFi which is very downside for the hotel, its very very slow stayed 17 days room 114 & 115 , complained daily for it and they don't have any answer for it. The buses for haram is very good and should be monitored by security strictly, hotel guests don't get a seat in the bus sometimes because overcrowd comes from other hotels and sit in Elaf Bus, this should be solved if security monitors guests before entering them in the bus.

Good hotel..location 5 mins shuttle bus distance from Haram. Breakfast very good. Very good lofts. Reception good. Room size good. Cleanliness of the room is not at all good..but they provided whatever mentioned during booking. Staffs are wellcomimg and well behaved.. few food and grocery shops are available near the hotel..there are barbar shop and poor quality gift shops around. Cleanliness outside the hotel is not good. I recommand this hotel for Umrah visitors. Price is very good..visitors need not to find hotel near haram always. If good shuttle service is available like this hotel anyone can stay a bit away and find hotels within range.

Bad experience. There was no electricity in my room for the whole day and the administration didn't change my room. I had to stay in the room without AC and light. Their behaviour was not apologising, but rather indifferent to what I am facing. The room was also not very clean. The bathroom was not as clean as it should be. I was really disappointed with this hotel. I used to stay there many years ago and I was a good hotel but now they messed up their reputation.

Hotel offers flat-screen TVs, minifridges, free Wi-Fi, plus tea and coffeemaking equipment. Upgraded rooms offer modern decor. Room service is available 24/7. Market laundry restaurant and barber just right next door. The hotel have 24H shuttle bus. Hotel has a coffee shop and a lobby lounge. The staff is friendly. They also have separate prayer room for male and female.
