Excellent service and house keeping, we stayed in room 1056 and house keeping was managed by Chowki who was excellent. The breakfast was brilliant and great variety. Alhamdulillah over all in my opinion very good. One improvement they should have gym included in the hotel stay and not as an add on.

Me and my family came from America looking for a place to stay for our vacation, and immediately fell in love with this hotel. The general service and staff were very welcoming, helpful and very patient with us, especially Abdulrahman Mohamed(the night manager) he fixed all of our issues with sincerity. -Dr sara

Everything was good untill a problem happened with the bus driver because he didn't keep his time as scheduled, the management didn't take any appropriate action, they take it so easy, they should handle the situation better than that so i give them 3 stars.. But except that the hotel is very good and the rooms are very clean.. The room service is fast and efficient

It was a good experience hotel is good but lack of room facilities such as microwave. Also the location is a bit in a area with very less option of restaurant and shops.
