Was so disappointed by the over all experience. No cleanliness at all. There were bugs on the bed. Sheets were not clean. Washroom was a complete disaster. Request for room service or any other thing but they never come to do so. Cleaning staff is rude and talks bad about the hotel if requested something. Would never go back again. The only good this about the hotel is its super quite..

We attended a wedding of one of our friends here. The hall was really amazing and spacious. Nicely decorated. Well and incredibly lit. The only downside was that of the parking. Parking is not available only if u have a big number of invitations. There’s a wide open area that is available for public parking with no fees. All our precious duas for the groom? and the bride ?.

I love the hotel as it was a memory for us when we came to Makkah. It is luxury and quite too. But the problem is that bed is a little bit small, they need to increase the side of bed as a person is falling down when he/she is turning on the bed. Prices are resealable. Over all the hotel is very good , I like the staff and I would be thanking to Makarem Mina.
