Absolutely awful..!! Worst hotel ever. Starting from reception service to room conditions, everything was way below standard. I can't believe they are rated as 5 star. Totally scammed!! Please don't waste your valuable money. Toilets are so dirty that we had to shift to another room but again no better! Overall, very very poor. Customer service was unacceptable. Will never recommend this....

There is two hotel towers we were in tower A so I don't know about tower B. From the outside, lobby restaurant tower A was 4 star but the room was a little 3 star - no carpet and the bathroom was not as modern for 4 star rating. Also there was no WiFi connection in the room even though we were 4 floors up - only in the lobby could you get a better connection. Breakfast buffet was good.

Horrible hotel. 40 minute wait for checkin. The room smelt strongly of damp and the bathroom was simply discusting as it strongly smelt of damp ajd had stains everywhere. The shower rails were hanging off and it had broken tiles. The shower water does not drain and overflows into the rest of the bathroom. The toilet is in a tight corner where your shoulder will hit the phone and toilet roll holder. This hotel had mice outside the entrance. This hotel is simply not 5 star and if it went through thorough repair would only then make it to a 3 star rating. Avoid this hotel at any cost! The only positive is the location which is not too far from the main haram mosque.

WARNING. WARNING WARNING!!!! Stay Way from this hotel. They are not professional and their rooms are not as advertised. Their AC does not work right and they have no wifi at all. The front desk team is Incompetent and are not willing to help. We stayed for 3 nights had to deal with trashy room with no carpet and AC down in the heat of the desert. When i complained they threaten to kick me out and not refund my money. I would urge you to stay away from booking this hotel and take your money elsewhere. Trust me it is a SCAM!!!!

This is a very good hotel compared to the other hotels in the vicinity. It’s located in Ibrahim Al Khalil street, about 1 Km walk from the Haram (about 15-20 minutes walk depending on your speed). I have booked a quad room. It was spacious, clean and doesn’t smell. It had street view, from the 8th floor, beds and linen were clean, bathroom was well maintained and clean. The room is spacious enough for the needs, there is a kettle and facility to make coffee, and there is a small fridge. Electronic card keys work fine with no issues. There is a small wardrobe / hanger for clothes. The single beds and mattresses are comfortable. I would give this room / hotel an overall rating of 8/10. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. Check in was almost seamless with no issues. It did take few minutes longer to check in more than necessary, but compared to other hotels in the region and previous experiences, it was really good.

Dar Aleiman Grand Hotel is a 3 star hotel in Makkah. A very large hotel comprising 20 floors with more than 640 rooms. Rooms are clean, spacious and in better conditions. All of the workers are doing a tremendous job. You will be amazed by the great hospitality offered. Rooms are available at a very good price. Located on the main road, half a kilometer from Haram. A variety of foods available inside and outside the hotel. Other amenities include 2 informal restaurants, as well as a casual coffee shop.
