I have been visiting Makkah since I was a kid and never knew that this hotel is a gem! Don’t stay anywhere else in Ramadan as the elevators take you right to the street and with so much crowd it is such a blessing! The room was great with haram view and the service was awesome! I won’t stay anywhere else next time I am coming for Umrah. Thanks for such an amazing experience!

We stayed in tower 5. The room was well maintained and cleaned. The cleaning service officer (Mr. Muhammad Amir) was very proactive and friendly.

Rooms are way too dated for the price being charged. 1 plug socket in the entire room, not beside the bed. Dated hairdryer which blows nothing out Hand shower spray/bidet on the left side?? Super weird. Was given a room with a connecting door so heard the next door people all through out the night and day very clearly and it was super disturbing Good luck getting on the elevators, takes ages to come and when it does it’s full because the space is small. It’s also not a wheelchair friendly hotel because if someone with wheelchair or stroller goes on there is barely any space to get on. Should have dedicated elevators for those. Breakfast was average, lots of options but taste wise not so good. Housekeeping staff was amazing and always restocked with water even when I didn’t want room cleaned. Front desk staff had a little bit of attitude. Asked for late check out, said 1 pm max but it’s on jummah Friday so makes no sense… All in all, stay for the proximity to haram but if you’re looking for amenities and services this isn’t the place. I would not stay here again.
