Our stay was excellent and the staff was exceptional. We probably received the best customer service we've ever received. Riyas at the breakfast buffet at Al Dira was probably the highlight of the customer service experience. He anticipated our needs and was incredibly friendly. This was one of the best hotel experiences that I've ever had.

Fantastic location right across from Mecca. The staff is extremely helpful and polite. The food is average at both breakfast and in room dining. The rooms are spacious but sparse, which is to be expected with a massive guest turnover. Jamal with the concierge, was very helpful, he found us a nice place to sit and wait and also took us all the way to our car.
