Massive hotel with two blocks, seems like one block gets better service than other even though quite expensive. Confusing to find reception. Good amount of lifts, cleaning staffing knocks at the doors every morning to check if the guests are inside the room or left. They should rather check their computer to find out when the guests will checkout than disturbing the guests. Cleaning staff available when needed. Not good for old age or family with kids as it’s far to walk to Mosque al haram.

We were here in Ramadan, so had got Sahoor added to our package. This was the best part of our stay at this hotel. As we had chooses of continental dishes to choose from.The Haram felt quite away, as it was in the middle of April the heat was intense 42 Celsius most afternoon. And to walk to the the Haraam at Zohor time was so difficult.

New name is “EMAAR GRAND” ايمار گريند Management has been changed and hotel is in good condition A very large hotel comprising of 20 floors with more than 640 rooms. Rooms are clean, spacious and in better condition. Breakfast buffet is average. Overall good experience as a 4 star hotel. A bit far from haram/ masjid al haram. Almost 800-900 meters. Plus point is the availability of almost everything on the block.

Dar Aleiman Grand Hotel is a 3 star hotel in Makkah. A very large hotel comprising 20 floors with more than 640 rooms. Rooms are clean, spacious and in better conditions. All of the workers are doing a tremendous job. You will be amazed by the great hospitality offered. Rooms are available at a very good price. Located on the main road, half a kilometer from Haram. A variety of foods available inside and outside the hotel. Other amenities include 2 informal restaurants, as well as a casual coffee shop.
