Room was not carpeted, sockets were not working or the socket was linked with the table lamp so you don't have option to keep your mobile on charge while you want to keep the table lamp off. Bathroom was not in good condition as most of the time water wasn't flowing out and was gathering in the Bathroom. Staff and services and parking facilities are nice

Building is not far but services are worst. House keeping nobody came even complaining 2 times. No one recieves call at reception i tried 3 different occasions for atleast 10 times.

A very good experience during umrah in May 2022. All interested in a hotel with parking, this is the place to stay as they provide paid parking (50 SAR/Day). Adding this amount to daily charges makes it a great deal. The services are good. The staff is congenial and helping.

New name is Emaar Grand. Stayed from 9 to 17 may 2022. Excellent hotel in 3 star category with fantastic buffet services. Recommended. Will stay again Inshaa Allah

Dar Aleiman Grand Hotel is a 3 star hotel in Makkah. A very large hotel comprising 20 floors with more than 640 rooms. Rooms are clean, spacious and in better conditions. All of the workers are doing a tremendous job. You will be amazed by the great hospitality offered. Rooms are available at a very good price. Located on the main road, half a kilometer from Haram. A variety of foods available inside and outside the hotel. Other amenities include 2 informal restaurants, as well as a casual coffee shop.
