Description

The Millennium Al Aqeeq Madinah Hotel on Musab Bin Omair Street is just two blocks from Masjid An Nabawi, the second holiest mosque in Islam and one of the most important destinations for Muslims worldwide as it is a mosque the Prophet Muhammad (Peace and Blessings Be Upon Him) built himself.

It’s a short walk to reach the mosque’s King Fahd Gate from the hotel. This is perfect especially if you wish to maximise your Madinah visit and devote a hefty portion of your time in devout prayer and reflection.

A Millennium Al Aqeeq Hotel Madinah booking also puts you close to other Madinah destinations.

Jannat-ul Baqi or Al Baqi Cemetery, the resting place of the immediate family members and all but two of the wives of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), is just 1.6 km away.

Masjid Quba, one of the world’s oldest mosques, Masjid Shuhada Uhud, where you can find the grave of Hazrat Hamzahibn Abd al-Muttalib (an uncle and a companion of the Prophet, PBUH), and the Dar Al Madinah Museum that showcases the history of the city are all more or less a 15-minute drive away. You may write to the Al Aqeeq Madinah hotel email address to request information on other nearby Madinah attractions.

The hotel has two restaurants on site: Al Majeedi and Al Multaqa, both of which offer a range of international cuisines. There is also a coffee shop, Cafe to Go, perfect for business meetings and casual, friendly meet-ups. You can contact the hotel through the Al Aqeeq Hotel contact number for more information about your dining options or to get a copy of the Al Aqeeq Madinah hotel menu.

This is the worse hotel I ever stayed in. It’s dirty, housekeeping does worse job to clean room. Very dated, and everything rusted, old and smell bad. As soon as you walk in the room carpet is dirty and full of dirt and very old & dated. Me and my family experience was awful staying at this hotel. My travel agent told me this is 5 star hotel, from my experience this is NO star hotel. Food / Bfast was awful. I have pictures to proof my stay experience. I called front desk about my complaint and the response was disappointing. Any family traveling to Medina, please do not ruined your trip by staying at this hotel. I strongly do not recommend this hotel. There are plenty of new hotels to stay in Medina, to ensure your positive experience and joyful stay in blessed Medina. Any positive review for this hotel is most likely false and fake review.

People that clean the rooms are VERY nice, respectfull and helpfull. People from reception and from the restaurant are VERY arrogant. The people from te restaurant were VERY rude. The people from the reception don’t want to work or help people. The ONLY reason i’m giving 5 stars is because of the cleaners in the hotel. They helped us very well. The location is also a good location. People smoke in the hotel. The smoke comes to others rooms via the ventilation. This hotel was the first time, and last time. If you are looking for a GOOD hotel: Movenpick in Mekkah AND Medina has the best service and rooms. You get what you pay for! Al aqeeq: never again.

I always stayed in this hotel with my family here. Just wanna complain about the service especially in the reception. The people working in the reception area need to be change. They always give Arab people more respect than people from other country. The process to get the room key always take long. Took us an hour every time when we stayed here. The receptionist name is naser Al Hussein. I came to the reception to check in and get the room keys but rather than serving us he skipped us and talk to other group and gave them the key first. Not even a salam or a smile from him. Just straight face. Please work on this. Thank you

I booked the room for 3 adults +1 child, I found only two beds and one small bed, room is dirty, lifts are very few and very slow, inconvenient for the number of users, Ramadan breakfast is only from sunset till Ishaa which is either you eat or pray and extremely small and extremely poor in relation to number of users. And a lot more.. after three hours waiting for the manager who promised to solve some of our problems specially the missing bed, he finally decided to give us almost same room with same beds but wider for wheelchair and city view although our room was Haram view! Finally the location is good but everything else is not more than one star, really not worth one tenth of the price. I gave the location one star which is not correct but I had to show how disappointed I am. Now it’s 1:20 am, our night is destroyed and surely our day tomorrow is damaged too. Moreover, electricity is not all working, dirty pillows……etc

Services are awful from all sides.Just 4 elevators serving 14 floors. Plus the hotel is old so all the room doors are not solid enough and all the sound goes out the room. Food is not bad plus the location is very good to be honest. It took us 5 hours to wait until the room got cleaned. So I don't recommend visiting it. And I don't know how did they got the 5 stars.
