Absolutely non premium, Disappointing, double standard, poor customer service and not honest. It kills the brand name. The management need to plan the number of guest to ensure they have enough dinning seats and cutleries to accomodate large crowd and avoid guest long queue especially senior citizen. Definitely poor management. Due to the large crowd they still exercise double standard and quarantine the dining seat to a " special" group leaving other guest standing. The reception need to be sent to customer service school and not to snub to guest. Finally I challenge the dishonesty of their guard when a pilgrim handed over a mobile phone found at the lobby and the guard slipped into his pocket. The phone has found a new owner. This hotel need to beef up otherwise the Vision 2030 will be a nightmare worse still a disaster.

Great location. Haram is only a few hundred meters walk from the hotel. I was taking my mom in the wheelchair easily. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. The reception staff needs some training. When I was checking out from the hotel, my mom was thirsty and asked the receptionist if she can have some drinking water. The receptionist rudely replied they do not have water, you better get it from outside. And the fact of the matter is we left some water in our room when we checked out. Our whole good experience turned bitter, and we decided not to consider Le Meridien ever for our stays

Very near to Haram, check in process are very quick. Breakfast not have variety of food but i love the nasi goreng. We take our breakfast at the roof then we have a very nice view during our bfast. My room facing to Haram ❤️

Very fabulous hotel rooms there, with Fantastic views of Mecca, staffs are fantastic and they give good offers, It was very good experience staying in Le Meridien Makkah, Great service overall, specially the shuttle service, we always got shuttle ready outside hotel whenever we want to go haram. It took only 2 minutes to reach there. WiFi was so speedy. cleanliness was so good. Also they serve very delicious food, thanks team Le Meridien

I had the breakfast here. I would rate it as medium seeing the hotel rating. The dal was delicious. Service was good. The place is neat and clean and the food hygienic
