1. Hotel staff ( bell boy)are asking for money whenever they are shifting luggage. Even if we paid 100 riyal , they asked more. 2. The service elevator is too busy. We have to wait sometime for 15 to 20 minutes. 3. There is no separate elevator/ cargo lift for hotel users. The same elevator are using by staff, and sometime they stop and talk to other hotel staff, keeping the door open. 4. Maintenance is very poor, every day morning before fajar prayer, water is not coming due to air in the system. 5. Common wash rooms are too dirty and hygienic.. Not properly clean and maintained. Which was on the mezzanine floor.

The place offers a comfortable stay, good food and services. Due to heavy rush some problems might arise, and you will experience a little delay.

Always busy during umra and hajj season, this hotel offers its guests standard rooms for two, three or even four pax/room. Room is not large but enough to just rest during worship times. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is always tasty. Services are okay, but you have to order drinking water yourself and rent the heater kettle.
