Alhamdulillah everything was good as in has only 2 lifts but it was quick. Location is very good only 5 min to king Abdul aziz gate in busy time in Ramadan. Only thing I didn't like was bath towel is given as it should only give you if asked few times.

The place is near Haraam, so that is the only plus point and deserving star! Also, “THANKS” to one of the hotel staff for contacting my mutawwif stating you found my wallet. I have received it, but sadly, my Onyx Gemstone Ring and Cash are missing! It is sad that there are such people in the holy land of Makkah! If the one who took my things happen to read this, I hope you find it in your heart to return it to the hotel reception for me to collect! Wasalaam!

This is my first visit to Makkah and I wasn't aware of the huge crowd and the hotels here. "Waha Deafah" hotel was given to me by the tour agent. However, after staying in this hotel for a week, here is my opinion. Do not go for this hotel as it's built a decade back and wasn't built with planning to handle huge crowds. I have often waited for hours during food time for the elevator. This hotel has 800+ rooms with just 6 elevators which isn't sufficient if hotel is heavily booked. Rooms isn't that great and so is the service. It's just average and no where close to 2-3 star hotel. I'd recommend to do a proper research and book a hotel which is newly built

One of the worst hotels to stay if u r coming here If u want to choose a hotel which is close to umbrah place there are better ones which r more close by Service is pretty much non existent The tour plans had our rooms to be deluxe but we never got that room and were given a normal one Other is that we had 2 rooms which were supposed to besides each other but we were given rooms which were 2 floors apart Wifi never worked even though we complained about it to the reception they didn't do anything about it And the food is bad Lift has very low capacity and most of the time only of them is working soo u would have to wait a long time for them Would not recommend u all to get a booking at this hotel There r other better ones
