Great location. Haram is only a few hundred meters walk from the hotel. I was taking my mom in the wheelchair easily. Comfortable beds and clean rooms.
The reception staff needs some training. When I was checking out from the hotel, my mom was thirsty and asked the receptionist if she can have some drinking water. The receptionist rudely replied they do not have water, you better get it from outside. And the fact of the matter is we left some water in our room when we checked out. Our whole good experience turned bitter, and we decided not to consider Le Meridien ever for our stays

Very near to Haram, check in process are very quick. Breakfast not have variety of food but i love the nasi goreng. We take our breakfast at the roof then we have a very nice view during our bfast. My room facing to Haram ❤️

Very fabulous hotel rooms there, with Fantastic views of Mecca, staffs are fantastic and they give good offers,
It was very good experience staying in Le Meridien Makkah, Great service overall, specially the shuttle service, we always got shuttle ready outside hotel whenever we want to go haram. It took only 2 minutes to reach there. WiFi was so speedy. cleanliness was so good. Also they serve very delicious food, thanks team Le Meridien

I had the breakfast here. I would rate it as medium seeing the hotel rating. The dal was delicious. Service was good. The place is neat and clean and the food hygienic
