good hotel, with good service. the food is also very delicious. hotel workers are quite friendly. complete room facilities. there is an iron and hair dryer in it, no need to bother bringing it from home. there is a live call to prayer from the mosque al haram every prayer time. the only thing lacking, the blower in our bathroom was broken. the distance from the mosque is approximately only 150 meters. close to WC number 3 the masjid al haram. the food at the 8th floor restaurant has many variants and is quite complete. you just simply focus on your Ibadah

Close to Haram with a walking distance. They also had a nice praying area which has been comforting in times of heavy traffic. The food could be better and the hotel interiors needs a revamp.

After reading many negative reviews, I was skeptical of staying here. But I was so glad that I did stay here for the reasons below: 1. Much more affordable than other options. 2. Very close to the Haram. 5 to 10 minutes walk depending on the crowd. 3. Clean room. 4. Prayer room option. 5. Good food. 7. Great customer service from everyone. Even though I was there from 24 to 26 of Ramadan, which means extremely crowded.... the staff was very helpful and polite. I am definitely going to stay here again.

Front Office officer Mr Ahmed Dajani is kind, polite, and most importantly was very professional. Always had a smile on his face and have assisted me willingly in all my queries. He is exceptional; you need candidates like him to be the first to greet your customers.

One of the ideal hotels for visiting al haram. 4 minutes walk to nearest gate No.3) The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good. Staff are friendly. One small gripe is that the soundproofing between rooms is extremely poor. I could hear the man next door speaking even though he obviously was not being loud (so i could not complain at him even it was keeping me awake).
