This is not the le meridian that we know in other countries like in dubai. The service is slow. I got my room late although I have arrived at the hotel at 7 pm. The room is not as clean as it should be. The access card is not working properly, so you need to go down to get a replacement.

Rooms are ok, furniture is nice and clean, bathroom needs more attention for a five star hotel, shower needs to updated. Tea cups were rinsed out ( not washed) so we can see old coffee residue and stains in them. Staff are super nice, and considerate. Breakfast was nice with acceptable variety.

It's more likely a 3 * Star property.. As u walk in the lobby looks like a motel not like a 5 star as they advertise. All the signs are computer printer printed duty manager, guest relations etc. Most of the no one is sitting on those desks. Rooms doesn't have coffee machine no weight scale. Slippers are really cheap. This hotel needs a lot of improvement to qualify to be a 5 Star property.

Excellent hotel; genuinely give it 10 out 10. Close to the haram, extremely tidy and well kept. Staff were fantastic, especially the Bengali room cleaners. The receptionist gave us free breakfast for the duration at the stay. I come for umrah on a yearly basis, going forward this will be the hotel I only use whilst at makkah. Thank for your excellent service.

Excellent hospitality. Nihal from guest relations went above and beyond. Chef Shaban made a custom soup for my ill son. Servers Yahya and Ammar were great too.
