Looks like a good hotel once upon a time. The hotel mostly hosts pilgrims. Room service needs to be reminded about their duties. One asked if the toilet needs cleaning! Doesn’t change bed unless told! Carpets look shabby and need a replacement. The workers need a lot of training. The doorman stopped me to enter the hotel and couldn’t tell me why he stopped me. Another guy approached and told him to leave me!

The hotel is conveniently located just 6 minutes from Masjid ul Haram. It offers excellent service, breakfast, and clean, well-equipped rooms. I highly recommend booking a stay here.

A very gorgeous property located in Ajyad around the Grand Mosques of Makkah. It has a big, well decorated and beautiful lobby with different forms of settings. The rooms are spacious, very neat with good amenities including complimentary tea tables. The restaurant was superb with local and continental menus, breakfast, lunch and dinners,

Good location, very near to haram, 5-6 minutes walk to king Abdulaziz gate. Rooms are not very big, but acceptable. Service is good. Neat and clean hotel, nice ambiance. Parking is available, but not free 50 SAR per day if you are staying in the hotel. 12 SAR/ hr if you use only the parking, without staying.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at what was advertised as a 5-star hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I feel compelled to share my concerns and express my dissatisfaction regarding several aspects of my stay. First and foremost, the issue of hygiene was a major concern. It was disheartening to encounter cockroaches in the bathroom on multiple occasions. This not only raised questions about the cleanliness of the premises but also made me feel quite uncomfortable during my stay. Furthermore, the lack of prompt and efficient service was a recurring problem. Despite repeatedly requesting water, it was disappointing that my requests were not fulfilled in a timely manner. The level of responsiveness from the staff, particularly in relation to housekeeping, left much to be desired. Promises of room cleaning were made, only to be forgotten or ignored. The buffet offered by the hotel was another disappointment. Considering the hotel's claim to be a 5-star establishment, the lack of variety and the repetitive nature of the food options were quite underwhelming. I expected a higher standard and more culinary diversity from a hotel of this caliber. Equally concerning was the apparent lack of professionalism and communication ethics displayed by the staff. It became evident that there is significant room for improvement in these areas. As a guest, I believe it is essential to feel valued and respected, and unfortunately, this was not the case during my stay. Given these observations, I regrettably cannot rate this hotel higher than 3 stars. I hope that my feedback will be taken into consideration by the management, as there are several areas that require significant improvement to meet the standards expected from a 5-star establishment.
