Great place. Breakfast is superb. Rooms are big with full facilities. Staff extremely helpful. However internet was a big let down. I was in a half business trip and could not rely on the WiFi internet. Otherwise it was brilliant. Location wise it is very close to Haram Shareef

Not a 5 Star hotel. Almost a 2.5 star hotel. Positive: hotel is clean, famous and near to haram Negative: disrespectful security guard (arabic personnel) will stop you for no reason and will start asking questions in Arabic when they can clearly see that you can’t speak arabic. Slow wifi is so slow that you get tiered and switch it off. Reception staff is very bad at responding to requests made on call. You will have to remind them a few times with difference of 30 minutes. Quad bed room is just a tiny 2x single bed room stuffed with 2 more small beds with wheels and absolutely no place for passing. You may have to jump beds. (This is not a fault, but 5 star hotel should be better)

Came with family from Medina, reception was rude and kept hanging up on me. We were split up onto multiple floors and were only given rooms with double beds when we all needed singles. Please do not book here, awful hotel.

The rooms are dated but well kept. The hotel staff was very courteous and even cleaned room multiple times when asked for. Its 10 min walk from Haram, which is great. Since the sound of mauzan can be heard here, people pray at gate to join jamat, which makes it convenient for old people who cant walk to haram for each prayer. The Wifi is very poor. Please improve that, its so slow its almost unusable. Overall the experience was pleasant. Remember that its a very busy hotel, dozens of guests checking in and out all the time and lobby is always full.
