Lobby café is a nice and quiet cafe in Al Shohada Hotel Makkah. The shop is very beautiful and elegant and its sessions are comfortable and suitable for families. You can enjoy your coffee. Cafe serves hot and cold drinks. They have Spanish latte, ice chocolate, pistachio latte, milkshakes, mocha, mojito etc. Cafe serves desserts like saffron cake,chocolate cake, cinnamon cake and many desserts to eat. Their services are classy. The place is clean and tidy. It is located inside of Shohada Hotel, near the lobby restaurant on the ground floor , Makkah. Opening Hours: 24 hours

Booked a Quad Room. Provided with a Double Bed room converted to Quad with added 2 beds in a small area with no passage to move around. Staff at Reception is very rude and least concerned about the Guests coming for Umrah/Hajj after travelling many miles. Not recommended as a 5* service. The Hospitality and HR is of the 3* equivalency.

Great hotel and good room service. There is a restaurant, mosque, dessert bar and sitting area. The view outside of the room is OK. But the inside in cleaned a few times a day. A drop of section is outside the hotel which is hard to find for a hotel here. It is close to haram sharif.

The location was good, just 10 min walk from room to Masjid, the room was also neat and clean and the sheets were changed frequently, the size of the room was also satisfactory. the breakfast was also up to the mark, although the seating capacity can be further improved. just the issue was the slow and lazy staff. the receptionist was very slow and couldn't understand a thing i said. i had to repeat myself 5-6 times. he was attending people without any sequence or queue.

I had a seven nights stay. I booked a suite. It was great luxurious and comfortable as well. The ambiance of the hotel is great. Yes room service is little bit poor one has to remind them time and again but overall i loved my stay♥. Wonderful buffet/barber shop/the bussiness lobby. In sha allah will come again♥.
