Lobby café is a nice and quiet cafe in Al Shohada Hotel Makkah. The shop is very beautiful and elegant and its sessions are comfortable and suitable for families. You can enjoy your coffee. Cafe serves hot and cold drinks. They have Spanish latte, ice chocolate, pistachio latte, milkshakes, mocha, mojito etc. Cafe serves desserts like saffron cake,chocolate cake, cinnamon cake and many desserts to eat. Their services are classy. The place is clean and tidy. It is located inside of Shohada Hotel, near the lobby restaurant on the ground floor , Makkah. Opening Hours: 24 hours

This hotel is truly unique and have stayed here a number of times. The super good and meticilous management of this hotel is clearly evident in every department of this hotel. The attention to detail is clearly next level. There is an efficient shuttle to and from from the Haram although it's not really needed and operates round the clock. Kudos to you all. You deserve it. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL ?. This is a so called Muslim country who deprive you from WATER? If I could give this hotel 0 stars I actually would. The room service and hygiene is HORRIFIC. No one helps here. I called on the main desk after trying to reach room service several times. We needed water as my mum had to take her medication. I called like 11x no exaggeration. I even went down 3x to the main desk. They keep telling you to call room service even though I told them a 100x they’re not picking up and we need water. They can’t be asked to help you. Honestly this hotel is a scam. I really am shocked to how this is a 5 star hotel, what a joke ? they have definitely made their staff leave positive reviews because this hotel is NOT IT. so frustrated at how they have made me angry at such a holy place.

Good hotel, abide by the check in times, difficult to get a room if you reach sooner. The best is to check with them before arriving... At a good distance from Haram, clean and hygienic. Lunch and breakfast spread were ok. Room service is really very very slow, had to call housekeeping 3 times at an interval of 30mins between each call to get bottles of water. Go prepared.

Salam wa aleikom salam wa rahmatUllah wa baraketu We visited the hotel in June 2023 and it was a very pleasant experience Location is perfect, a 5 minutes walk from the haram. Best thing is that you need not to rely on transport. Being close to the haram, you are not affected by the closure of roads prior to prayers Hotel ambience is incredible, very classy, clean, spacious and comfortable. Hotel staff and management are highly professional and organised, check in was smooth and quick Food was delicious too with huge halls and plenty of options. Only area of improvement would be the prayer room, it is really small and impossible for ladies to reach their designated area if men are already lined up. Probably a separate entry for ladies would help too. Nevertheless highly recommended

What an experience we had. The hotel is really nice and the staff are really good. The restaurant on the other hand is another experience the food is incredible & the host what a great guy what a great and a wonderful person he is. You should try the hotel moreover the restaurant .
