Good location and friendly staff. Breakfast Buffett is not great, but it’s not bad either. The hotel is a little older from the inside but clean and spacious.

Pros: - Very very close to the Haram Cons: -Didn't seem like a 5 star hotel, bed frame wasn't stable so the bed shakes whenever you move. -Breakfast was ok I would stay again if the price was right

The worst experience in my life in hotels. Rude staff, smelly rooms. And they never picks up calls or reply to emails. Never ever book with this hotel if you plan to preserve your Umrah, because they are the worst. Not worth even 1 star.

A story I had during my breakfast. We were out of strawberry jam. I saw the staff pushing a trolley of used plates and cutleries, asked him if he could top up some jam. He looked at me, looked at the dirty plates, saw an unopened strawberry jam, took it, and pass it to me. The packet still has some rice and gravy on it when I hold it, stunned. ---------------------------------- You have a great location. Please, do improve and maintain the service and cleanliness of your room. CLEAN, is sometimes enough to guarantee a pleasant stay.

Stayed here just for a few days to do umrah with my family. Throughout my whole stay, I've been quite satisfied, mainly with the view of my room being able to see the Ka'bah. The food however could have some improvements, it's not that bad but I got sick of it quite quickly since the menu doesn't change much.
