The best hotel location to Haram for Ibadoh. Every times, just view minute walk has arrive in Harram. Smoothly checkin checkout and also best room service every days during stay here for five nights at room 2131 with My family on 14 - 19 Nov. 2023. The more choise for breakfast & variously. The hotel staf friendly, spesial for hotel bellboy quick action during early morning checkout & looking for transport.

When you're doing UMRAH and/or HAJ, this is the hotel you want to stay. When you are rushing to get space inside Haram and when you exhaustedly return to rest, for real, this hotel is the best choice for the price. I'll be brutally honest. I absolutely adore this hotel because of its incredibly excellent location, comfortable beds and good breakfast spread. I won't say much about the service, just that the management and admin would need to severely improve. Housekeeping though was excellent and on the ball all the time.

Rooms are a bit old and not very clean, which can be tolerated due to high traffic all over the year, breakfast meal is good to have, as for location its one of the best, extremely close to مسجد الحرام

Supposedly a five-star hotel, but its actual rating doesn't go beyond one star.Housekeeping or service impossible to find clean towels. When you ask for a towel they always say later but it never comes. You say there is no water in the room, they only give you 1 bottle of water, they say they can give you one per day. I stayed on the 7th floor and was not satisfied with the cleaning service and the room. There were tears in the sheets and towels. The rooms are not clean, lack maintenance, and the bed linens are torn and dirty. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

A very nice hotel within Haram. Everything is closed by. Grocery store, food, shopping etc. Haram is less than 5 mins walk. Large rooms with plenty of space. All elevators are working so no delay in praying. A very large mosque located within hotel with haram view. All the amenities are great. Tea/coffee maker available. Water is provided. Wifi causes a connectivity issue that's why giving 4 star instead of 5.Customer service is very responsive. A highly recommended plus budget friendly ! Last, starbucks on site ?
