Location is perfect but extremely expensive parking 23sr per hour Outdated rooms Very disappointed, extremely poor service. We were fasting, called room service around 3pm to make sure that, we can order food at Iftar time. They said yes we can. We prayed mabgheb, and tried to order through room service and was shocked when they said No room service available though it's the first thing mentioned on their website. We ended by not having food, the malls around was super crowded and no way to move with kids I will never stay at this hotel again.

Grat Hotel for proximity to the haram. However at this time of the last 10 days of Ramadan the hygiene is not its top. Other than that The team at the reception are great. When I arrived I didn't like the room and they changed and put me in another room.

Great location but everything else almost isn't great. Right in front of masjid al Haram so very easy to get to. There is a food court with lots of options just under this hotel. The rooms are dated. They had put two make shift beds to a twin room to make it a 4 bed room. Bed linen was bad quality for 3 star hotel even and wasn't changed during our stay. Bathroom door was broken and the hand shower leaked. Cleaning wasn't done on a daily basis unless you go and continuously ask them. Staff was polite though and happy to help. The breakfast was good enough especially the pastry selection. In summary good hotel but not worth the 1100 aed per night which I had to pay. Its not 5 stars , just 2-3 max if you stretch it.

I was waiting for more than 2 hours to get a room. But the waiting is worthwhile as i was given masjidil haram views. My room was facing directly to King abdul Aziz gate & rooftop of the masjid.

Brilliant experience overall. The staff was very nice. All my requests were dealt in timely manner during my stay there. Really close to all amenities. Everything available within walking distance.
