The worst experience in my life in hotels. Rude staff, smelly rooms. And they never picks up calls or reply to emails. Never ever book with this hotel if you plan to preserve your Umrah, because they are the worst. Not worth even 1 star.

A story I had during my breakfast. We were out of strawberry jam. I saw the staff pushing a trolley of used plates and cutleries, asked him if he could top up some jam. He looked at me, looked at the dirty plates, saw an unopened strawberry jam, took it, and pass it to me. The packet still has some rice and gravy on it when I hold it, stunned. ---------------------------------- You have a great location. Please, do improve and maintain the service and cleanliness of your room. CLEAN, is sometimes enough to guarantee a pleasant stay.

Stayed here just for a few days to do umrah with my family. Throughout my whole stay, I've been quite satisfied, mainly with the view of my room being able to see the Ka'bah. The food however could have some improvements, it's not that bad but I got sick of it quite quickly since the menu doesn't change much.

Definitely not a 5-Star Hotel, 3.5 at BEST. Did not have a pleasant stay. The staff were very virtuous though. Food given for breakfast has not been appetizing for the 5 days we were here. There are NO IRONS in the rooms. Calling the front desk or services gets you nothing as I called a few times with no action, asked for an Iron Board, water and ice because I broke my toe in their too small bathroom. Who has a door stopper coming out the middle of the floor. Terrible planning. It DOES, however, provide quick and easy access to Al Haram, which is the reason why we’re all here.

strategic location in front of the Masjidil Haram. located in a shopping mall, many clothes shops & food shops.. spacious rooms with basic facilities.. only the food choices are quite limited and can be varied more.. the hotel staff is very friendly & helpful.
