Not worth it the price. Rooms are out dated very old furniture needs renovation. Dirty carpets and sewage smell in washrooms. Checked in on 17th August 2022 and was disappointed the first time I saw the room or suite. Service is really poor room service or reception will never pick your phone. Not worth the price that we paid for a 5-star hotel. There are way better 5 star hotels than this one I won't recommend it to any one. My experience was very bad. Only the location is good other than that not worth it.

Other than the very convenient location this hotel has nothing to offer. The management service needs a complete overhaul as THEY are reason that the service is atrocious. Long waiting times for check-in, workers can be seen chatting instead of speeding up check-in. They took so long bringing our bags that we ended up getting them ourselves. The only hotel to ever refuse to hold our luggage past checkout. Very few toiletries provided, not even toothpaste or shampoo. Rooms did the job but weren't cleaned or serviced. We requested water that never came so ended up buying it from the mall attached. Lifts are always very busy. Has so much potential but honestly it feels like it is the first day they opened and no-one knows what they are doing. You wouldn't think they have thousands of guests a year.

Stayed here in February 2022 and the rooms were great. They’d provide dates and qahwah in the lobby so often. The hotel itself was clean and well polished. Our housekeeping gentleman was very well versed, polite and attended to whatever it was we needed - his name is Sabug. Highly recommend the hotel having staff like his personality. Reflects well on the training and hiring of staff.

Good location, easy access to food court are its two strong points. Nothing fancy or extraordinary inside the rooms or the service though. The reason I am not giving it more stars are that there was only two staff at the reception when I checked in and there were more than 10 guests waiting. Additionally there were no staff to pick up the luggage to bring it to the room. After a long journey this is not what you would expect from a big name hotel.

The location was excellent, the suite we booked was great for my family of 6. Just the carpets and sofas were dirty. Needed a deep clean. The highlight of our stay so far is the Lobby Restaurant, the food was delicious and warm, the atmosphere was very tranquil. Especially Mr Asad who was very welcoming and tended to our needs, he even got fresh pasta made for my 5 Yr old as there was nothing in the buffet that he liked. Thank you so much. Would definitely be visiting this Hotel again
