The hotel is rather disappointing as the rooms lack something. They seem dated and not well maintained. We stayed her for 1 night on arrival in a classic 2 bedroom so not sure if the suits would be better. Still good but gets really busy and lifts are difficult to get. Taken the above into account this hotel is not worth staying at as there are better options for the same price. Service is the worst at this hotel than any other hotel I have stayed at. I would avoid at all costs and stay at another site in the clock tower. Don't waste your money.

It was excellent. Bathroom was a bit small. But over all was good. Ola was so good in helping guest and especially me and my family in every aspect of my stay. She is amazing girl hard working. May Allah bless her. Amen

Variety of great food at Al-Yasmin Restaurant. Excellent service in overall. Duty staff Ms.Nouf very friendly and generous towards us. For improvement: 1.Lighting To provide an adequate lighting in room. With all lights on, the room still very dark at night. 2.Toilet Blower Not strong enough to dry the wet floor.

This hotel may not be the most modern rooms but the service at the front desk and all around make up for out dated rooms. … they go behind their ways to please you and leave a great memories with you … I absolutely admire the staff specially طراد و صلاح … they are amazing they solved my problem without any hesitation. Thank you and Good bless.
