The hotel is rather disappointing as the rooms lack something. They seem dated and not well maintained.
We stayed her for 1 night on arrival in a classic 2 bedroom so not sure if the suits would be better.
Still good but gets really busy and lifts are difficult to get.
Would stay again if needed but they need to update the rooms and handle services better

Variety of great food at Al-Yasmin Restaurant.
Excellent service in overall. Duty staff Ms.Nouf very friendly and generous towards us.
For improvement:
1.Lighting
To provide an adequate lighting in room. With all lights on, the room still very dark at night.
2.Toilet Blower
Not strong enough to dry the wet floor.

This hotel may not be the most modern rooms but the service at the front desk and all around make up for out dated rooms. … they go behind their ways to please you and leave a great memories with you … I absolutely admire the staff specially طراد و صلاح … they are amazing they solved my problem without any hesitation.

Not worth it the price. Rooms are out dated very old furniture needs renovation. Dirty carpets and sewage smell in washrooms. Checked in on 17th August 2022 and was disappointed the first time I saw the room or suite. Service is really poor room service or reception will never pick your phone. Not worth the price that we paid for a 5-star hotel. There are way better 5 star hotels than this one I won't recommend it to any one. My experience was very bad. Only the location is good other than that not worth it.

Other than the very convenient location this hotel has nothing to offer. The management service needs a complete overhaul as THEY are reason that the service is atrocious.
Long waiting times for check-in, workers can be seen chatting instead of speeding up check-in. They took so long bringing our bags that we ended up getting them ourselves. The only hotel to ever refuse to hold our luggage past checkout. Very few toiletries provided, not even toothpaste or shampoo. Rooms did the job but weren't cleaned or serviced. We requested water that never came so ended up buying it from the mall attached. Lifts are always very busy.
Has so much potential but honestly it feels like it is the first day they opened and no-one knows what they are doing. You wouldn't think they have thousands of guests a year.
