Great place to stay in Madina. Close to Haram. Even you can pray in the lobby of the hotel and it will be as if praying in Haram. Service and the rate is good also.

Pro: Location Cons: booked a king with a city view . I was given a twin with no view . After asking them I was given twin bed pushed together and that was king ..no view . Rooms are not cleaned well . You have to call more than 5 times for them to come to clean . Asked for bedsheets to be changed nothing was done . Rooms are roughly cleaned in the evening . Food was great iftar time . But after eid breakfast was not good . Light in the room was going on and off after letting the receptionist know she said maintenance will be there ..no one came . This place can be 5 star if the customer service was excellent and management’s was listening to customers ..However it’s a place that I would say you need to stay for a day but for NOT longer period you will be frustrated .

The rooms are very small and it took long time to get room service. The quality of food at the buffet was poor. We stayed 3 nights and the whole time room was not cleaned. The main advantage of staying is that it’s closer to Masjid An Nabawi. We mainly used the room to sleep.

I know since long time but all visit I find more development for more better
