Family with 3 kids ages between 10-1. Fits a travel stroller in the room, anything bigger would hv difficulty to access bathroom unless it's folded everytime it's in the room. Our room had no view of the haram, but acceptable as we were there for 2 nights only. 2-3 minutes walk to the gate, 5mins++ to the shopping area which is acceptable. The rooms weren't very spacious but comfy to put 3 medium sized + 1 small bag without tripping over them. Breakfast spread was middle eastern & was of acceptable variety. Reminds me of hotels in Istanbul. Overall kind staff & easy check in.

The hotel itself deserves to be a 4 star at the least. The staff were always friendly, ready to help and considerate towards us. Breakfast was nice and additionally they gave complimentary tea time which was new to us. We've stayed at 5 star hotels before but they don't provide this service. The rooms were airy and decent sized. Cleaners need more professionalism and work ethic. They don't do their job to the best of standard. Saying that, the amenities provided were great. I was pleased with this hotel, but with kids the walk to and from haram can feel long and it's very crowded on that end. Overall, the hotel and its staff deserve a 10/10 for their service and hospitality.

This hotel is so fancy. I travel a lot and let me tell you they offer shoe shiners tooth brush etc. but I’m really here to talk about the food the presentation is out the this world I want to give the chef a huge shoutout. God bless him for making sure everything was good with me. They don’t offer lunch and they made snacks for everyone. They really go out the way for everyone. The door man is the man honestly I didn’t have change to pay the taxi and the door man gave me money out of his pocket until I exchanged the money wow. I mean if this doesn’t explain how far they go out the way for you I don’t know what else they do for their guests. (Of course I paid him back and extras) god bless everyone

My stay at tulip innwas excellent specially the professionalism hospitality of Mr khalid rashedi was shown to the highest standard with these people the operation of hotel will be difficult also not forgetting to mentioning Mrsaif also was good

I would like to thank all the staff at Tulip Inn, especially sister Asala. Asala is a great asset for the hotel and we are grateful her wonderful service, May Allah reward her for that.in addition, to that, her customer service skill is a world class one and I hope she will soon be a manager of a bigger hotel in Madinah. And finally, all the staff from the reception to the restaurent are wonderful and I recommend any person who wants a clean hotel with superb staff to reserve this hotel. Hussein
