Stay at a better hotel. We are currently staying here and it's so noisy, the vents and outside noise make it sound like someone is at the door at night time. The room is not very clean, carpet looks like haven't been hoovered in a long time. I don't think the staff are that friendly either, maybe on a 3 star hotel level, wasn't given any information on hotel, had to use the terrible room TV to find out and the hotel needs better signposts. The bathroom drainage is so slow. There is a coffee machine but no pods and the duvet and pillow cases had stains on it. The window view is so awful i kept the curtains closed all the time but even when we did open it there was no natural light so had to keep the lights on all the time. The lights in the room were terrible, so many switches to turn off the million lights. Had buffet at one of their restaurants it was OK not a good range, found a hair in my bread and they only had decaf coffee, when we asked the staff for real coffee they didn't understand. Only staying here 3 nights thank God only good thing about it is how close it is to the mosque
