This was a perfect hotel for our family of 4 (including 2 children under 10 years old). We went to perform umrah and visited the prophet's mosque. The hotel is right next to the boundary wall of the mosque. The room we had was clean and looked recently renovated. Great breakfast buffet option. There's also a shopping mall and a super store within the hotel. Hotel staff and housekeeping staff were courteous and provided exceptional service.

The only thing good about this hotel is that it is close to the Haram. You can’t get brewed coffee here, you have to use hot water and coffee powder to make it yourself. The staff are not nice. The hotel bills itself as five star, but it is not.

I have had multiple surgeries its very difficult to take shower i told at the reception i need a chair or please change the room , i came to know other rooms had sitting place in the shower area. But they didn't do anything for our problem. There is no sitting arrangement in bathroom it's very uncomfortable for disabled people and aged people as well. And there is no chair in the room with back rest only stools were there .

The room was very clean and neat, the house keeping was friendly and on time. We were able to get more towels, Water and other items as ordered. Overall definitely would recommend this hotel and would come back here.

This overly priced hotel was disappointing! Water on the floor in the bathroom as shower water splashes everywhere due to lack of proper bathroom planning and I had to shower from inside the bathtub! The carpets were dirty and smelly. Fridge was dirty and smelly. Never used it! Housekeeping had to be called several times before they actually come. No point putting up the "clean my room" tags on the room door handle. They actually don't clean the rooms...they only replenish the pantry (on request) and drain the water on the bathroom floor. They never vacuum, never cleaned the pantry or the used cups. Reception don't answer the phones most of the times and had to go down to the reception at lobby to inform them or ask anything. I didn't expect this from such a international brand hotel. Stayed for 4 nights I don't think I will stay there again.
