Worst experience ever on my life. Upon arrival to the hotel to check in they said that they don't have a reservation for us and it was canceled they didn't want to do anything about it till we contacted booking. The agent from booking was very kind and helpful they requested them to accommodate our stay with same price same condition thing that they only kept the same price not the other prieroties we had in our original booking.
I do not recommend this hotel and does not deserve to be rated 5 star. They are really best hacker hotel ever they cancel your reservation in purpose to make you pay a different high price if you want a room.

Stay at a better hotel. We are currently staying here and it's so noisy, the vents and outside noise make it sound like someone is at the door at night time. The room is not very clean, carpet looks like haven't been hoovered in a long time. I don't think the staff are that friendly either, maybe on a 3 star hotel level, wasn't given any information on hotel, had to use the terrible room TV to find out and the hotel needs better signposts. The bathroom drainage is so slow. There is a coffee machine but no pods and the duvet and pillow cases had stains on it. The window view is so awful i kept the curtains closed all the time but even when we did open it there was no natural light so had to keep the lights on all the time. The lights in the room were terrible, so many switches to turn off the million lights. Had buffet at one of their restaurants it was OK not a good range, found a hair in my bread and they only had decaf coffee, when we asked the staff for real coffee they didn't understand. Only staying here 3 nights thank God only good thing about it is how close it is to the mosque

Shahabudin was exceptional! He was a very nice and very caring. Always smiling and provided amazing service. We had two rooms and everyone (all the staff) we have encountered on the floors were very nice and helpful.

The Restaurant: upon entering you have very polite hostesses. The restaurant itself is very clean, you have more than enough staff to tend to your every need.
The food is absolutely amazing, the taste, choice and variety, it’s breakfast lunch and dinner all in one. The chefs are all top quality with amazing skills and very high standards. With so much food to choose from you do not get bored of eating as you do not have to eat the same thing every day.
Hotel staff are excellent, very polite, in fact even the building security are very welcoming. Housekeeping always go that extra mile, people need to remember that the prophets city is for worshiping Allah and not enjoying modern day luxuries. People are so fussy.

Stayed at this hotel during Hajj season. The room was comfortable and spacious for two people. Very near to the Masjid Nabawi, at gate 328. Has shopping complex below the hotel. Convenient to go shopping around the area. Overall, had a great experience staying at the hotel with great services.
