The best part is that it's only a 10 minute walk from Al Ka^aba. It's close to a mall which has everything that you might need especially if you want to buy gifts to take back home with you. It even has some shops inside on the ground floor. It also has a barber shop inside. I didn't like the food. There's a variety of it, but it has no special flavor. I sometimes ate out or didn't eat at all. But, people were so friendly and the hotel is really big and luxurious.

This hotel is garbage. Not clear how it is anything more than 2 stars. - No hot water in my room - AC system brings all the smells of the kitchen (think onion, garlic, etc.) - Room service is very slow - Chair in the room has a broken leg (dangerous) - Closet doors don’t slide unless you give a good fight

very disappointing. we arrived with dirty bed & pillow sheets. then we went to the buffet.. it was chaotic, messy, basically felt like we’re in a big prison. we didn’t like the food and went to our room. we called the reception for 20 minutes until they replied and said that the room service is under maintenance, meaning we can’t order food. i definitely do not recommend this

Infinity Hotel is a five star hotel in Makkah. It is a great and very convenient hotel. It’s a minute walk from the bus station and 2 km from Masjid Al Haram. Hotels offer free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, tea and coffee making facilities, and safes. The staff are nice, you may need to stay a little patient with them due to the high level of customers. The price is reasonable. Infinity Hotel is probably the best option. There are wonderful rooms and many enormous beautiful lobbies ( sitting areas ). Other amenities include a business center, 2 restaurants and 2 meeting rooms.
