The only thing they have going for them is the location Positives: + Location: quick access to Haram through multiple gates / door + Accessibility: easy access to transportation via underground tunnel road Negatives: - Timings: check-in time of 5PM - Cleanliness: initial hotel room had damp carpet and very musty smell, was move to an alternate room that did not have the smell but was not very clean - Ambiance: hotel rooms and common areas are dated, poor finishing throughout and poorly maintained (ex. stained couch, dented fridge, scratched doors, peeling paint, etc.)

The whole staff was extremely helpful. The room service was readily available for all our needs and went above and beyond in caring for us. The room was very spacious and easily fit out 6-member family. The hotel is very close to the haram and is easy to access when one enters the clock tower. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other guests. Br. Rasheed, Kaleem, and Lateef were very responsive and helpful!

Love it because of spacious duplex suite with four single beds facing haram. Kitchen not complete with utensil tho but basic set such as kettle available. Friendly staff but most of requested items not available. Otherwise all good, my stays just fine and peace.. Alhamdulillah
