The cashier is so lazy to prepare marsool order he make us late always customer is always angry with us for late order also order is paid from marsool because marsool want to prepare the order before rider reached the hotel so please ask the cashier make order quickly he so lazy with he's job

A firealarm went off at 2:00 am on 4th floor. I took stairs to reach reception and inquire about it. The only staffmember there was like its fine,all is okay. He said this in a very unconvincing manner and unhelpful attitude. On being asked again, he be like 'i dont know english'. These arabs especially meccan ppl are rude,arrogant. I understand a firealarm must be a test routine or false one. But at least give a beforehand notification or now give a satisfying explanation so that guests can go back to sleep peacefully.

Rooms are showing there age. The bathroom had a leaky sink that made the floor wet. The reception service is atrocious. I understand we're in a Arabic speaking country but for a hotel with international guests, someone who speaks English would be helpful. The reception staff look bored and disinterested. Only good this the location. Wifi was very slow and sketchy.

Rooms are very spacious and service is very good. Location is also pretty close to Masjid al-Haram. Rooms are also very clean. The Hotel also has restaurants and a health club.

Infinity Hotel is a five star hotel in Makkah. It is a great and very convenient hotel. It’s a minute walk from the bus station and 2 km from Masjid Al Haram. Hotels offer free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, tea and coffee making facilities, and safes. The staff are nice, you may need to stay a little patient with them due to the high level of customers. The price is reasonable. Infinity Hotel is probably the best option. There are wonderful rooms and many enormous beautiful lobbies ( sitting areas ). Other amenities include a business center, 2 restaurants and 2 meeting rooms.
