I stayed one night. Generally everything was good. Distance from Haram is also not too far but the only issue is the steep slope will not be easy for elderly people. The hotel does have shuttle service to the Haram but at times of heavy traffic, no guarantee where one will have to get down.

They call themself a 4-star hotel, but facilities are not even near to 3 star hotel!! No daily cleaning, no hygiene, flies, and bugs in the room. Water bottle or tea bags only on day 1, for rest of the days you are on your own. There is no way i will stay again. !!

Good location near to masjid Alharam, walking from hotel to Masjid about 5-7 minutes and return about 20 minutes. The room accepted and clean. The staff are good, inside the hotel there is a shop area with a variety of thing with highly accepted price. The restaurant I didn’t test the food however the breakfast variety are poor.

Do not waste your money and specially your energy. This hotel is located on a very high steep and you wont be able to go to haram or come back from haram by walking. There is no any shuttle service. You have to pay 10SAR for taxi each time. Also their rooms are dirty. Dirty carpets and smelly washroom, it seems like there are no P-Traps installed in their baths. Complete mess. There is no any room service number. They even dont bother to ask for cleaning. Simply pathetic hotel!!!! Dont go with the pics that they have shared on booking apps. Its completly opposite to that! Worst location ever ever! Worst service Worst cleanliness Only good thing is wifi is strong. Lastly there are only 4 lifts for 14 floors and each floor have almost 12 to 14 rooms. At prayer time you have to wait for at keast 10 to 15 minutes. Badly programmed lifts. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!

As soon as we arrived there was a whole mishap with our booking and it took the whole day of going back and fourth to sort out a room. Which had caused a lot of unnecessary stress. This wasn't what we expected as a family, the hygiene of the overall hotel was pretty poor. Toilet paper was a rare commodity. Our room never got cleaned during our time there. There was no soap for one of our room or towels. Overall I wouldn't recommend for anyone to stay at this hotel. Ps the hotel staff were not the most welcoming or friendly.

Baytoul ajyad hotel is a very nice hotel and the reception is very classy. It has a kettle, coffee and tea, and room service is excellent. They clean and settle what you ask of them. There is free parking for the hotel. Every 20 min free transportation. bus to haram and back to hotel. Approx 5 min walk after bas drop off point. There is an in-house barber as well for SR10 which is a big convenience for umrah pilgrims. There are bakala and restaurants on the other side of Ajyad street.
