The location is excellent. Bengali staff members are really nice and helpful. The reservation manager Islam and Khaled was also nice and accommodating. Other than that nothing is good at all. The worst part was room size and quality, extremely noisy. Only 2 operational lifts for several floors. Receptionist called Bady was one of the worst person I have met in whole Saudi Arabia. 🇸🇦 Doesnt have manner of how to speak and treats majority of non-arab guests really bad. Extremely uncomfortable room I was paying SAR1,150 per night for that below average hotel and I will always regrets that sheer wastage of my money. The receptionist Bady who dealed with me on my first day was extremely rude and literally told me to pick my luggage and take it to room myself. I dont know his name but he made my stay even more miserable. For two days the lock was not working at all, No one gave us water / other necessities after first day. First day we arrived at 1230 but were only able to get the keys around 5 PM.

Absolutely disgusting. I was so excited to finally go to Madinah just to have the worst hotel ever. When I came in it smells ABSOLUTELY GROSS. It was so crowded, people was just standing there doing nothing, and the cleaners aren't even doing their job correctly. The elavators was so small and always crowded. If I'm not wrong, I stayed at the 13th floor, and the hallways are so weird. It wasn't like your ordinary hotel hallway, it was literally like a triangle. The bedsheets are dirty, the floors are dirty, and the wall has dirt on it. There wasn't much variety of food, and it taste disgusting and the apples are mushy. And also someone who was working at the restaurant/'buffet', flirted with me. I wasn't even a teenager yet. That's absolutely disgusting. Teach your workers to respect other people. If I could give this "Hotel" a -5 star, I would.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life, phoned reception to ask for milk and sugar , noone speaks English, called again noone finally spoke to someone, noone came, when questioned they don't provide milk or powdered milk for tea! Small dated rooms, loud fan noise. WiFi doesn't work! Rude staff at reception, awful, avoid. Only positive this is close to Haram.

The air conditioner is not cool. The four-bed room is very small. The service is very poor.
