I booked 1 room double for 2 person queen bed through Agoda platform and booking was confirmed and full amount was paid two days before reach. I reach 7 PM then they handed over the key for room quarter single beds!! Without informing me as I know from luggage man. I went back to reception, he told me if you need room for double, you have to wait half to one hour. I agree to wait then he told no rooms available and only with 4 beds only. The room also was at 14th last floor with too much noise of the HVAC equipment on the roof. Not trusted hotel for me and looking for profits only not for guests.

Location is possibly the best location it can be at, right next to al haram and shops. However, these rooms are not up to standard. It is small, dusty and sets off my dust allergies. Room service have not cleaned it yet and whenever phoning housekeeping for something it most likely would not arrive. Tv is in arabic and the tv remote doesnt work. When you turn off the lights, the power source near the bed also turn off meaning youll have to keep the light on to charge your phone. The bathroom has a weird smell to it and theres no shower curtain which makes the water go everywhere. The clock and one telephone does not work. The breakfast is horrible, food choice is limited and very smelly and bugs everywhere. Some lifts do not go to the restaurant floor meaning you will have to take the stairs. Honestly would not recommend to anyone

This is definitely not a 5* star hotel or at least the standard isn't. The rooms are dusty and not cleaned properly. Housekeeping do not do the cleaning and restocking towels and even have to ask them for toilet paper. The staff are rude and very limited lifts so long waiting time. Some lifts don't stop at the breakfast floor so you have to walk up or down one flight of stairs. Breakfast area very cramped. Shower doesn't have a curtain so when you shower the whole bathroom gets wet. Close to Masjid Nabawi - especially women's entrance Access to shops and food places

Rooms: 1) AC - AC is not working well. We asked them to change the room multiple times or fix it. They changed the room after one night. They apologized as they said the hotel now on maintenance so most of the rooms have bad AC. - We changed the room, AC still not good but better than before. At least we can sleep. 2) Cleanliness: - Very good TBH. Beds are clean with the blankets. - Bathroom is clean too. 3) Electricity: - This is the worst thing in the room. All the electricity near the bed turned off when you turn off the light. Which means you cannot charge your phone before sleep or when the light is off. 4) Location: - Very good. 5 minutes walk from Al haram 5) Breakfast: 6/10 - Bread: variety of types but not fresh - Vegetables: all are there and fresh ?? - Cleanliness: Not that good. Bugs everywhere and bad smell - Other dishes: fair enough 6) Wifi: - Too slow. Prepare your 4G

Doesn’t deserve one star.. location is nearby to the Masjd elNabawi and near food courts. The rooms, on the other hand, are small and unclean. After checking in, we found the wastes of a mouse on the floor of the room, and even after calling the receptionist and housekeeping no one was sent to the room. The bathrooms are hygienic but not modern nor the bedrooms. Would not recommend.
